We promote the rule of law, constitutional democracy, and free market capitalism in Central America.
Most of our work is carried out by our Honduran partner, Fundación para la Libertad Económica (FLE), a strategic litigation center based off of San Pedro Sula, the popularly known as the Industrial Capital of Honduras.
One of FLE’s strongest initiatives is the Center for the Study of Liberal Democracy, which publishes articles and news with the purpose of furthering the understanding of the legal, economic, and moral principles of a constitutional and democratic government.
